We are putting the finishing touches on everything
and are incredibly excited to welcome you to Grand Bend soon.

Accomodations

If you are staying on-site, your room has already been reserved. Simply check in at the front desk located inside the Registration Entrance. You may be asked to provide a credit card for any incidental room charges.

From here, walk to the CHESA Registration Desk, just a few steps away from the front desk.

If you are arriving the night before, same as above and Breakfast will be available in the Oak Dining Room between 7:00 and 10:00 AM on Tuesday.

If you are golfing, please meet at the clubhouse at 10:00 AM on Tuesday.

Coming in for Day Sessions, register at the CHESA Registration Desk just inside the Resort Registration Entrance.

What To Pack

🤠 Your favourite Western "True Grit"
attire for Wednesday's Meet & Greet

(cowboy hats and bandanas will be provided)

👕 Casual clothing such as t-shirts, shorts, sandals,
running shoes, and swimwear. Leave the suits and ties at home -

this is a True Grit gathering!

🏆 Costume Contest attire for categories including:

Best Belt Buckle

Best Western/Ranch Style

Best True Grit

Best Forged in the North

Be creative and have fun with it!

🥨 Snacks and beverages for your room if you would
like, although we will have plenty available throughout the event.

Round Up Challenge

Bring your inner cowboy or cowgirl and get ready to
take part in the Rodeo Round - Up Challenge. You will be assigned to one of the
SPONSOR Teams during the registration process. There will be many
opportunities to network, collaborate, and have some fun along the way.

Your posse will compete in eight exciting
challenge stations
, each with its own scoring criteria designed to test
teamwork, creativity, communication, and true grit. Upon completion of the
challenge, scorecards will be submitted to the Rodeo Round-Up Official,
who will tally the results and determine the team that earns bragging rights
and takes home the coveted Rodeo Round - Up Challenge Championship.

Fund Raising Activities

We will be hosting both a 50/50 Draw and a Silent
Auction
, so be sure to bring some cash. A POS machine will also be
available for your convenience.

Best Decorated Booth Contest

We are excited to introduce a new competition at
this year's event - the Best Decorated Booth Contest!

Your Exhibitors will put their creativity to workand highlight their interpretation of our True Grit - Forged in the North
theme. Delegates will cast their Vote for their favourite Exhibitor!

A special prize will be awarded to the exhibitor
whose booth best captures the True Grit Canadian Spirit.
