We are putting the finishing touches on everything and are incredibly excited to welcome you to Grand Bend soon.

The Agenda/Legend is attached for your reference. The vendor floor plan will beavailable on-site upon arrival.

Before You Arrive

Door Prize Donation

If you have not already done so, please let me know what you will be donating for our door prize draw. There is no need to send it in advance - you are welcome to bring it with you to the event.

Booth Set-Up and Unloading

Booth materials can be dropped off directly outside the main Registration Entrance to the Terrace Room. There are no stairs or elevators to navigate, and you may park right by the entrance while unloading your items.

Accommodations

If you are staying on-site, your room has already been reserved. Simply check in at the front desk located inside the Registration Entrance. You may be asked to provide a credit card for any incidental room charges.

Shipping Materials in Advance

If you need to ship materials ahead of time, please ensure they arrive no earlier than Monday, June 15, 2026.

Grit" attire for Wednesday's Meet & Greet

(cowboy hats and bandanas will be provided).

👕 Casual clothing such as t-shirts,
shorts, sandals, running shoes, and swimwear. Leave the suits and ties at home - this is a True Grit gathering!

🏆 Costume Contest attire for categories including:

🥨 Snacks and beverages for your room
if you would like, although we will have plenty available throughout the event.

🐎 Your competitive spirit! Bring your inner cowboy or cowgirl and get ready to take part in the Rodeo Round-Up Challenge.

Fund Raising Activities

We will be hosting both a 50/50 Draw and a Silent Auction, so be sure to bring some cash. A POS machine will also be available for your convenience.

Best Decorated Booth Contest

We are excited to introduce a new competition at this year's event - the Best Decorated Booth Contest!

Put your creativity to work and highlight your interpretation of our True Grit - Forged in the North theme. Whether you highlight Canada's rugged landscapes, pioneering spirit, Western heritage, northern resilience, or a unique blend of all three, we encourage you to have fun and make your booth stand out.

A special prize will be awarded to the exhibitor whose booth best captures the True Grit Canadian Spirit, as judged by our conference attendees and event team. So, pack your decorations, unleash your imagination, and get ready to bring a little extra True Grit to the trade show floor!
